It was also good to finally meet you in person Jay and you’re nowhere near as bad as they say 😉 😂 Welcome to the Gorg world, just bear in mind, if you find one day that they appear to have lost all of their polyps and maybe even stripping flesh, don’t panic, this is normal for many and a natural process that they undertake to rid themselves of built up algae etc - mine do it every few weeks and then come back out as resplendent as ever! Great video as usual Jay mate. Glad you liked your visit to AAC. All the guys there are great and very respectful. I’m lucky as it’s only 30 mins from me. I don’t go there as often as I’d like to and less now for the time being since breaking my arm 2 weeks ago.

@@jaysrealreefuk thanks Jay. You mentioned some tips on manganese from Paul. Are you able to share please as far as I can tell it depletes real quick in the tank and a recent ICP from Triton just advised how to increase the level and not necessarily remain the level. Many thanks, Phil

@@jaysrealreefuk yes mate popped in there after the meet, only bought some peppermint shrimp to help with aptasia and a mix of frozen/live food. AAC is a really good shop you can learn alot from paul and the rest of the guys they know their stuff. Also nice a clean how a lfs should be 👍
