to be able to go back in time to see LOVE play live. That would be great.💘

I lived in LA 1960's and got to see Love several times, including opening for the Doors who were phenomenal too.

Only saw Love perform once. It was in the late 60s at the Fillmore East. Sat with my best friend in the first row, stage left. Arthur Lee stood directly in front of us for most of the set. Lee wore a red suit, embroidered with sequins forming myriad volutes, very beautiful. About midway through the set, mid-song, the lighting changed. Suddenly, Lee's suit was all black with red embroidery. The effect was very psychedelic. Of course, it all took place in a quite heady, patchouli and "Mary Jane" fragrant atmosphere. Bryan MacLean performed "Old Man." It was an extraordinary night.

Unfortunately, this came as a filler in a Grateful Dead Show and I am not aware if the complete Love show exists.

It sounds like somebody tried to remove the noise digitally and that would account for the strange audio shimmering or bubbling sounds here. But it would be better to have the original audio even if it is bad and then let somebody else try to remove the noise from that because it really is an art to remove noise digitally without it sounding bad and I learned that hard way from personal experience over probably a decade of experience. Sometimes it's best to just remove as much as the noise as you can without it ending up sounding like a speaker playing through a long metal tube. Not trying to be negative just trying to be constructive. So whoever's got the original just upload it with all the noise in and let the people of the future, maybe they haven't even been born yet, figure out how to best handle it.

Your point is well taken but no mastering has been done on this recording which has been digitised by a very reputed archivist known very well among collectors of unofficial/ bootleg recordings.
