Not only do you not have to stand over the stove with a pot of hot bubbling oil, the chicken comes out beautifully cooked without adding extra calories!😘 We grew up frying chicken and it's always been a wonderful comfort food that couldn't be beat! But now with air fryers we can make this so much healthier and still have the flavor we love!😚 Something that a lot of people can't do is cut up chicken for making our favorite chicken dish. Our mom would cut up the breast in 3 pieces. We always had the pulley bone (or wish bone). Then the remaining breast was cut into 2 more pieces, making all the pieces close to the same size. Then everything would cook in about the same time. The thigh has always been my favorite piece and I love the leg too!🍗 There's nothing like fried chicken but the old way of frying it is so time consuming and messy. So thankful for air fryers for giving us a healthier way of making our favorite foods without the all the extra calories we don't need.☺️ Thanks for sharing another great way to have our favorite foods!🥰

i love fried chicken, potato salad, and green beans, my favorite meal. lol i have a air fryer that i have never used, well Paula, you gave me no excuse to use it now. i need to purchase your air fryer cookbook. thank you so much for showing me how to use it and make my favorite meal. i go through so many steps just to fry mine for Sunday, Friday, I put my chicken breast in salt water, let it set over night in the refrigerator. Saturday, pour the water off and then put it in buttermilk and fry it Sunday. Your recipe is easy and I will have to try it. I really like to cook chicken with a bone in it, don't know it just tastes better. the way i cook it, it is moist, not dry. i really need to get out my air fryer and use it, now i can try your recipe. thank you Paula. i am ready for some good fried chicken. mmmm, love fried chicken.

I used chicken breast tenderloins to cook in my air fryer...coat with Great Value brand extra crispy Shake n Bake from Wal-Mart...I add red pepper flakes to the seasoning for a bit of kick.....air fry for about 8 mins at 400°...so crispy and DE-licious!!! ❤❤

I like Paula's recipes but, and no offence, my mama's fried chicken was the best! Simple brined chicken pieces, a light sprinkle of salt all over and drop into a plastic bag with two or three cups self rising flour. Shake and let sit in bag for 15 minutes or so, tossing it around a few imes. Makes a light coating that is oh so good. No pepper or hot sauce.

It is a fact to NEVER spray the plates of the air fryer with Pam spray. It is all over the internet. It will damage your air fryer.
