And I was just looking at a pork loin and smoked sausage the other day. Now I could kick myself in the butt for not getting them! My husband would think I lost my mind with this recipe. This is is almost a play on turducken, except this is porksausbacon. 😂 Always love seeing Aunt Peggy! I saw her get that other half of your chocolate pound cake. I knew she would, because my Aunt Velma always did the same to me because she was diabetic and so am I....love ya, Paula!

Paula, I made these pork tenderloins last night for dinner and they were delicious! The bacon really does the trick because it added so much flavor to the tenderloin. My husband (who's normally a picker eater) loved it and said he gave it a 10/10.

Pork mummies!!!! That's a lot a pork, for sure! Pork tenderloin does cook quickly, so all the fatty pork would definitely keep it moist. Looks very good, Michael, and congrats on your weight loss! Be sure you use a sausage that your family really likes. The flavor of the sausage went through the whole pork loin. The cooked texture was good. The bacon and other seasonings were fine but it turned out certain family members tolerate but don't really like kielbasa so another sausage would have been a better choice for us. I did cook it in the oven on a raised rack at 250° for 2 1/2 - 3 hours to get to temperature. Thank you for the recipe. I will try it again with a different sausage.
