Definitely no lime juice for me. When I have raspberry, I want raspberry. Yogurt has a tartness to it also, but it freezes better than using cream.

I love having the captions on when watching you! Today, when you were talking about the simple syrup, you said “to cool.” And the caption said “to coupe.” 😂🤣!!! I’m from Indiana, born in California but left there when I was 2. When I was 15 years old I went out there to spend the summer with my Grandma. She had a lady she worked with have her daughter call me to go out and show me around. When the girl called she couldn’t talk to me with out laughing and saying “your accent! Omg it’s so hard to talk because your accent is so strong all I can do is laugh!”! She wasn’t being mean at all, just hard to keep her train of thought lol! I never noticed I had one until she told me lol!

I saw you put that strainer in the sink and thought, "Oh, NOOOOO!!!!!!....." My dear Mom did that very thing a few years back; she was processing some grapes, and after boiling them poured ALL the juice down the drain. She had forgotten to put the bowl under the strainer! She said she stood and stared in shock at the grape remnants for about five minutes. Then she just about cried. Now she laughs about it - sort of. Poor Mum, lol.

@@Dj-ws9rj yes Are use one and a half cups of full fat full sugar Greek yogurt do not use sugar-free as sugar-free artificial can kill a dog but if it’s for you you can use sugar-free if you choose. One and a half bananas and half cup peanut butter and honey to taste put in a blender and smooth out until creamy and pour into a ice molds of your choice. Freeze overnight for best results.

Yogurt and hard cheeses have less lactose. Greek yogurt is especially low in lactose. The longer a cheese is aged and the harder texture it has, the less lactose remains.

Paula, u have helped me so much over the years- I want to give you little advice (w utmost respect b/c you are so incredibly beautiful)... cut false eyelashes from the inside shorter ones, so that u cut it to measure it out so that the outside 1/3 of lashes don’t have the falsies over them... so it lifts your eyes and isn’t as heavy on the outside 1/3 portion of the lid. It did miracles for me! Helped my eyes look way younger and not as droopy!! Love u so much!

Also, since I started doing that, people (even my hairdresser & waxer) asked me where I got my lashes done!! They didn’t think they were false! They noticed that my lids didn’t look at droopy! Those lashes were totally dropping the outer edges. Then I put a little eyeliner in a straight up line at my last eyelash (not winged at our age, though I’m close to 50)- really gave me an eye lift!!

The no milk thing is most likely due to the high amount of sugar in milk. In Cheese and yogurts, one can control the amount of "processed" sugar kids intake. When you consider all the sugars in everyday food like noodles, bread, milks than have the cream removed leaving a high sugar content, crackers, cookies, canned and cupped fruitd, etc. In combination with natural sugars in whole fruits & veggies its a butt tonne of sugar for kids to have. This isnt even taking fruit juices, "fruit snacks, cereals, pop tarts, soda/pop/coke or candy into consideration. The normal american diet gets these kids HIGH on sugar. I mean sugar and cocaine do the same thing to the human brain.
