I think there is more than a pound of powdered sugar in a bag. If you use the box (3.5 cups) of powdered sugar, that is a pound. Since you poured the whole bag in, that's probably why your icing was too thick. It did turn out delicious-looking though after you worked your magic!

I loved when I had my chickens. They each had their own personality, and I named each one. When we bought them I asked the man what their names were he looked at me like I had lobsters crawling out of my ears. He said “dinner” I was aghast. Oh no my babies would never be dinner. But to go out in the morning and grab some eggs for breakfast, it was heaven. Farm fresh eggs taste nothing like store bought eggs.

When I had chickens I took my 2 grandchildren to get their picture with Santa Clause and we took our favourite chicken Miss Abbey girl to join in the picture💕
@cathybrown83343 жыл бұрын
@@Tammy-td5ok I had one chicken I named Lou. When I got home from work I would start dinner pour a glass of wine and sit on my front porch. Lou would run and jump on my lap and sit for hours. Lou was attacked by something, was split down the middle. I put her in my big dog crate in the den. Laid her on her back cleaned her up and put Betadine soaked gauze then a very thick layer of Vaseline. I fed her by hand for 2 weeks. She recovered but years later a coyote got her. Oh how I loved Lou, a great chicken.

There is zero chance these brownies and I will ever cross paths. Maybe when I was in my twenties. Those days are gone! This really makes me think about desserts in restaurants with words such as "decadent" or "rich" or "death by" or "triple" in the name. That could blow through half or more of your daily caloric intake. Have you guys ever counted your calories on a tracker? Holy cow. A thousand calories don't go far. AT ALL. I wonder who's going to eat all that brownie at Paula's house. I think it's going to some neighbors! LOL

WOW PARANOID ?
@ampa49893 жыл бұрын
@@GeminieCricket How is it paranoid to avoid a very high calorie food item made with maybe 85% butter and sugar? I didn't say you can't eat it. But that item has no place in a weight conscious diet. As we get older, it gets increasingly difficult to afford these kinds of indulgences and still get all the nutrition our body needs. We make choices. We can choose to enjoy this brownie and accept a little creeping of weight every year. That's OK. That might not be important to you. It's important to me and I'm OK with never having a dessert like this ever again. We all have different priorities in life. It's OK.
