I see something like the pyramide one to be a real thing in the future, like 2050. Like all 3 of them its ofc a sentient AI on a higher level, shes like a much more complex written Alexa that is also able to combine information and learn instead of just being a cyber-parrot. Also she shows a high level of intelligence and also character, shes very similar to VIKI from I, Robot. Yet she is in no means human. The Terminator guy I see somewhat becoming a real thing soon too, a lot of companies and the army are working on something like that. For sure it will be a replacement for the human soldier, a typical android warmachine. He seems to be the least intelligent and complex and his sensor shows that he was originally build as an assassin drone. I see this one too becoming eventually reality. The organge little guy is obviously my favorite and the most human out of them, only I dont see something like him ever existing. He unlike the other two has actual emotions and on a high level as well, giving him a complex psyche and as such his coding must be the most complex. His character and personality are similar to a friendly alien. Sadly all these attributes make it unlikely to him ever existing in the real world, as humans only create things that can either replace other humans in their function or to kill. He seems to be able to be the least controllable, hes a free mind and that, sadly, is in modern society a weakness.

The pyramid one kinda reminds me of robots from Interstellar. Also let's be fair: human shape sucks. If you want to make efficient robot army making them humanoid would be dumb. Also high level of self awerness and individuality can be problematic (robots not wanting to fight and harder data sharing).

@@Samuel-tr9rj we know what consciousness is, we only dont know when it starts and what levels it has. For example a type 3 civilization alien would have not only a much greater understanding of the universe and its laws but oneself and its surrounding as well
