Little detail I'm obsessed with: at about 0:47, when he starts to go around the corner where it's dark, you can see light reflecting off of his Tapeta Lucida (the part in dogs and cats eyes that lets them see at night and gives them the laser eyes) reflecting the ambient light in the area.

They killed him while his guard was down he didn't transform. We know this because he still has his clothes on. Looks like he was bitten on the head/face So he died in human form as the clothes get ripped and torn during transformation. After he was dead they killed the entire marine platoon with ease. In ldr armed humans stand no chance against a werewolf and there was 2 of them.
