People want balance in there relationships.Working and Working out is good but being busy all the time doesn't mean you are being Productive. The People that I know that's the most productive don't necessarily work the hardest or work all the time. It's about having balance and prioritizing your life and Realizing every aspect of our lives is important.

This podcast is 🔥. Banner is a well rounded stand up guy that I've always respected. Great vibes from everyone. We really need to have these continued conversations that promote healing in our communities STAT. It's not a game. Acknowledging our mental health needs is nothing to keep sweeping under the rug while continuing to wonder why kids are so desensitized to pain and violence. When did we realize that many of us have adopted the old slavemaster's mentality about us and therefore keep passing that hate down to our generations. It's our job to love US. Go home and love each and every person that belongs to you and/or who is connected to your circle of influence. Stop saying that the shit is corny. It's not corny it's life changing and life saving. Peace, love and blessings!😘😘😘

I applaud David’s honesty. A lot of men these days are not honest, but the fact that you are being straight up and the woman is trying to manipulate the situation for her gain. Is wrong and not fair.

This was an excellent subject. The therapist was right about the employee assistance program. My daughter passed away unexpectedly at 29yrs old a year ago and I totally took advantage of the free counseling. After those sessions were over I continued to stay on as a patient because I realized that I had other issues in which I needed to deal with. I actually look forward to my sessions to help deal with my shit!
