I always loop my ribbon the wrong way on tags too! I've just learned not to pull too tight until I know for sure it's finally right. Love this paper collection and your cards are stunningly beautiful in such a soft way. Hard to choose a favorite, I love them all. :) I'm homebound for a bit after surgery and instead of bingeing Netflix, I'm bingeing your videos, so thank you for all that you do!

Beautiful cards! How can you ask us to pick one favorite? Lol! I love the colors and texture prints of this paper pack. If I had to pick a favorite, I would pick the last card because I like the shapes used for the different layers. Even so, I still love all the others too! Thanks for another great video. LOL...I had the same problem with the tag ribbon until recently and finally fixed that. Face the tag to you and put the loop through to the back....not hard but I too know how many times I got it wrong....tfs great collection and cards are equally beautiful...

Heather Upton I’m so glad I’m not the only one that gets the ribbon threaded wrong. If I really stop and think about, I’m sure I would get it right. But,obviously, I don’t. Lol! Oh well. It’s an easy fix. 😄

I also love how you back everything up with card stock and also add dimension. You do love your tape....especially ATG! I always have so much trouble with mine, slipping off or sticking. Margaret Naab Thank you! I appreciate your kindness. Yes, I do love to use lots of adhesive. I’ve always donated my cards and I would be so sad if I knew they fell apart due to insufficient adhesive. I purchase a full case at least once a year from Tape Jungle. Usually around Black Friday when it goes on sale. Occasionally, I have a roll of tape that slips off the roller, but not often. You can make a shim out of thin cardboard to help prevent the tape from slipping. 🙂

They are very pretty papers and you made some wonderful cards. I'm a bit worried that you are poorly because you hardly used the peel offs ;) I think number 9 was my fav. Thanks for the tip for cutting the ribbon and I never get my ribbon on my tags the right way round first time either!

I LOVE this kind of video! It's the first I've seen of yours where you have the voice over and explain a bit more than in the regular 6x6 videos. As someone who has been trying to dip my mixed media toe (😜) into card making, I love videos like this as it really does help me to kind of know your thought process on the what, the why, etc... now I have to go peruse your videos and see if you have any others like this... I've been binging on the 6x6 videos, but this? This is my jam. 😉 I really admire your work and am using them (and one of your older fav sketches 😁) to create my very first 'real' card. Quick question for anyone who might be able to answer this... once I get better at making cards and am able to produce them in volume like Kristie (instead of right now, my gosh... I won't even say how long it's taking my silly brain to work through it all for my first card 🤦‍♀️), I know the organization that everyone used to donate to is no longer active... is there something similar that everyone is donating their cards to? I would really love to be able to contribute to something great so if anyone has any ideas? Even more than one would be awesome as the more good and happy we can spread the better. Thanks ladies! ...random side note that has nothing to do with crafting... you know how our brains will fill in words if the first and last letter of a word are the right letters? My brain is so used to seeing my name that anytime I see your name at a glance my brain is filling in it as being soooo similar to mine... even though really it's not. 🤪

I really appreciate it. 😊 Lately, I do more videos with full voiceovers, but I like to keep my 6x6 videos consistent with the music in the background. I don’t increase the speed as much on my 10 card 1 kit videos, so it’s a bit easier to add voiceover. Almost all my Love From Lizi videos have full voiceover. 🙂 Yay for making your first card! I’m sure it’s lovely. 😊 There are still plenty of organizations that would be happy to receive your cards. If you do a google search, you’ll find them. I prefer to donate locally now. Retirement homes, a small nearby charity, cancer centers, hospitals, my church. There are so many options. I suggest asking around and be sure to meet their needs. Example, no glitter on cards to hospitals, no new baby cards to retirement homes, etc. It’s funny how our minds work. Our first name is almost the same, and we have the same initials. 😄

Lottie Kellison Hello. I used the Crop-a-dile Corner Chomper. I’ve had it for many years and it’s awesome. Cuts easily through multiple layers. I do have a link for it in the description box. 😊
