I love how she has a good support system, her family is still alive, people from her hometown loves her dearly. Her background story was a breath of fresh air where nobody died that made her a hashira. She was just born strong and that it was more about finding her self value.

And I like how upper four acknowledged that it should of ripped her to shreds. Mitsuri literally flexed on that nigga with that “I’m built different” energy. Once marks are included it still doesn’t change that much. Shes 5th or 6th in physical strength. She’s weaker than a lot of people she’s not even a top 5 hashira

Let me explain, the hashira will each manifest a mark base on their different personalities, 300 years ago the hashira in the sengoku period each manifested a mark those marks manifested because of the their sudden burst of emotions the mark will give them a boost of power that will power up their sword forms and that mark also eats away that their life force so when they reach the age of 25 they will die. Uzui is soooo much weaker that’s why the fight went on for sooo long and with help. muichiro is so much stronger so he made upper 5 seem weak. The theme has been established since Rengoku's fight. Hashira cannot win against Upper Moons; they have routinely killed Hashira for centuries. Calling them weaker or stronger than each other doesn't apply with these fights because EVERY Hashira needs help or a slayer mark to stand a chance and/or start winning. Tengen had no mark and was hit with poison from Upper 6, so he needed help. Rengoku fought the top 3 demons behind Muzan, alone and without a mark, and he died. Muichiro got poisoned and nearly drowned, but not only did he get help, but he also got a mark. Mitsuri literally almost died in this episode but got saved (help) and got a mark to fight back. Weaker and stronger does not apply in these fights. Everyone is in danger. Muichiro is a prodigy and Tengen is a veteran shinobi who's physically the second strongest and physically the fastest. Both almost died fighting alone.

One of the few times I agree with Jerry. Muichiro has always been billed as extremely powerful, even Uzui said he himself is nothing compared to him. To show that power gap, they had (Awakened) Muichiro make quick work of a demon that is canonically stronger than Gyutaro. It does suck that we didn't get a really crazy fight but the Vase Demon is a victim of the plot.

You guys may not remember but to add to your beginning arguments, with 2 facts. Both Muichiro and Mitsuri have the new marks while Uzui didn't gain one. And you may not remember that Uzui mentioned both Muichiro and the Stone Hashira as 2 who surpass him in ability. To be precise, he said the Stone Hashira was a "Complete Enigma" and Muichiro "Took up the sword and became a Hashira in TWO months"! But to tac on one last thing while the average crop of demon slayers Corp is considered the weakest, it is the opposite for the Hashira as they are considered the strongest generation as a whole. And not counting the 3 super rookies in Tanjiro, Innosuke, and Zenitsu.

Lets be real Gyutaro didnt struggle until tengen started using musical score and even then the fight would've still gone to him if not for the aid of tanjiro. Also Muichiro while he was effortlessly almost killed by Gyokko, people seem to forget that he was poisoned prior to that. He had to jump in the way of an attack to save the swordsmiths which numbed his body. Which is why he then got caught in the water prison so easily. And he couldnt break out cuz his blade was chipped. (He mentions trying to get a new blade because of it).

Something you also have to consider is that Gyutaro had poison on each of his attacks, so a single hit is enough to cripple a Hashira. Gyokko also poisoned Muichiro, but he awakened his mark which allowed him to resist it. If Tengen didn't get hit and stalled enough for his Musical Score Technique he could've ended the fight far easier.

The only reason why Gyutaro was ranked Upper 6 was because of Daki. He was extremely strong. His love for his sister and the fact he only came out through her was his weakness. That’s the reason you only hear Muzan acknowledge Gyutaro and not Daki in season 3.

for those of you who don't realize how much stronger someone would be if they had muscle fibers that were 8 times the density of a normal human. mitsuri weighs 123 lbs. a human's skeletal muscles make up 40% of their body weight. this means that Mitsuri's muscle's weigh 49.2 lbs but like i said, her muscles are 8 times as densily packed. meaning that the total muscle fibers she has packed within her body are 8 times as much. for the amount of muscle fibers she has this would mean that if she was a normal person to be as strong as her they would need to have in total 393.6 lbs of muscle and a total body weight of 982.5 lbs
