Bless you Father Mark. My Dad passed away in 1992 and I still love him and offer daily Mass for him. My Mum reached the noble age of 93 on 8th May 2021 and after 3 months battling infections and three broken bones Mum breathed her last on 14th May 2021. She was a good kind caring Catholic, Dad was Anglican . I am left with much sorrow and fond memories. No one can replace Mum nor indeed Our Blessed Mother who has constantly implored us to pray, fast and do penance. I follow Medjugorje monthly messages and have a grasp of all the worldwide Marian Messages. We are so deeply loved by Our Heavenly Mother and I pray my rosary daily for all my family, for conversions and vocations and to be a humble servant of Jesus and Mother Mary. I have a son and daughter, and my son has two sons.Thank you for sharing your faith and living the Great Commission.

My Dad died May 14th, just a month ago. He, too, had a holy death, and although I think he's in Heaven, by having been purged of attachment to sin in this life, I still pray for the repose of his soul and your dad's, because if they don't need it for completion of their purification, they will receive added glory in Heaven _and_ our prayers will benefit other souls. God will not be outdone in generosity! Blessed be the Lord our God! 🙏🏻✝️ May your dad's and my dad's souls rest in peace. May the perpetual light shine upon them. May they find repose in the bosom of the LORD. And may we be strengthened in the hope of praising the LORD forever with your dad and mine. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Redeemer. Amen. 🙏🏻✝️

@@maryl5567 - Hi Mary! I completely agree. Unfortunately, this has been happening on Father Mark’s channel for some time now. Many of us have reported these scam accounts to KZbin in the past, with no luck in stopping them, and Father has addressed this problem himself in previous videos, as well as in the comments section, telling us not to send these people any money. He has also said that he blocks these accounts every time he sees them, but new accounts just keep being created using a different variation on the spelling of Father’s name. It’s heartbreaking that someone would prey on people’s trust and love for Father Mark. I guess all we can do is keep reporting them to KZbin and stay on the look out for one another. My fathers funeral was yesterday. The night after I woke up in the middle of the night and started thinking of the funeral. One of my memories was altered. I remembered a man going in and out of slow motion taking a seat 50ft behind where I was standing and everything around was moving at normal speed. Almost like my memory was video edited. He looked kind of like my brother and had a big smile on his face almost laughing in joy. As I was trying to think who this was I heard music getting louder. I realized it was my father the same age as me. It was so strange because it wasn't a dream, it was an altered memory. I truly believe this was something very powerful and spiritual.

Wow, Greg, praise God. My son is 33 and I named him Gregory Peter Andrew. He shortened it to Greg not liking the gory part!! I do believe what you experienced was real. My Mum passed away on 14th May 2021. She was alone in hospital but nurses were supposed to check Mum was breathing every 15 minutes. The covid restrictions meant I could not be with her at the end and I feel terrible about how Mum suffered. I dreamt of Mum yesterday morning and she was still looking 93 and no words were spoken, we were at a meal and the spirit was very loving and motherly. The soul does survive . If you feel OK about it and pray first, Emmanuel Swedenborg has written many books about heaven and hell from vision like astral travelling he experienced. The Swedenborg Foundation is on KZbin. So very true Father! A number if years ago (though it seems like yesterday), I was driving past my brother-in-law's house and saw him outside standing next to his new car. Usually a happy guy, I asked him what was wrong as he did appear himself. He picked up his foot and put a huge dent in the car door. He quietly said how yesterday that car seemed very important, but today it was meaningless - because they had just learned why their daughter was always so tired. She had diagnosed with leukemia (and went Home to God several months later.). Thank you for being one of my spiritual fathers. Happy Father's Day!

Fr. Mark Happy Father's day to your father on Fathers Day , he may be enjoying being in heaven , he is blessed and happy to have a priest son, who touches people's hearts , my father died as well 4 yrs ago , but was a humble man, even he had many talents , he prayed every day and night before going to bed , everyday mass except when he wasn't well, he died of bone cancer , but had it for more than 10yr with it , what kept him going was his rosary , prayers mass. Till this day I still miss him , because he never drank , no smoke , family man and even he replied few of my talks I had with him alone in my room , he replied to my mother in her dreams and said tell me this and that 🙏.. we dreamed of my father smiling in white bright clothes always .

Happy Father's Day to you as well .. for you Father are also a Father .. mentor .. guide .. model .. to so many .. this is what any good Father is about .. be it having his own flock born from ones flesh .. or a congregation bequeathed by God .. .. Our children are ours but for a time .. entrusted to us from Heaven .. through the loving hands of our God and Creator .. they teach us so much .. bring great joy .. happiness .. as much as struggles .. challenges .. and in time .. every single one will be called back to God .. we as parents are but surrogates .. for we are first and foremost Gods children .. Knowing as a believer .. that should one of our most precious ones .. be taken all too soon .. it would be somewhat selfish to strictly think of ones loss .. over the joy .. certainty .. that whomever we have loved and has been taken from us .. is now with God .. with the belief and promise of our Creator .. that we will meet again in His eternal realm .. This juncture ... space .. is but a passing reality .. as we are spiritual beings having a human experience - ( Pierre Teilhard de Chardin S.J) ... traveling the roads of earth but for a time .. learning how to love ..God .. ourselves .. neighbor .. a huge challenge at times ... and only as one grows in humility .. Truth .. understanding .. and yes love .. does one begin to behold...that at the core of every person they encounter .. housed in their depths... is our God and King ... With this knowledge ... as much as recognizing the wisdom of our God .. along with coming to understand this Truth all the more ...we are able to be more deliberate in responding to others with a greater measure of kindness .. love ..compassion .. for when we fall short of loving as we often do .. our love tank on low or empty .. we realize we are in need of Gods grace .. to be able to go the extra mile .. It is at this junction that we are better able to grasp... that when we are limited in the ability of loving another .. we are inflicting a measure of suffering not only on ourselves .. and neighbor .. yet upon He to Whom we are called to LOVE always ... above everything ...He Who is at the center of all things ..

I love this book already ! My partner died 2 month ago and she is in heaven now and God gave us the eternally love like he promised . God showed his presence when she was critical ill ! With miracles what was for doctors and nurses to see and hear . To guide her with prayers , love and devotion .the Lord , gave me a sign . That he will take over , because he was pleased with the blessings from her loved ones and her love for the Lord . She died so peaceful and with a smile on her face so peaceful . That I knew she is with the lord now . Even though I grief the Lord gave me a gift ,to even come closer to him to know him even better and to understand the unseen that there is no death but a unseen world what is closer than we think and they are helping us like guides . God is good and he is my father I never had before .

God will not be outdone in generosity! Continue to pray for the repose of her soul because it's like giving her precious jewels in Heaven, _and_ it will help other souls who weren't perfected in this life, whose stains from sin weren't washed clean before they died. The Holy Souls who were allowed to speak to the Faithful said it is much easier to suffer in this life than in purgatory, but they are happy to endure the pains of purgation because it purifies them to make them worthy to stand in the presence of the LORD. Our prayers hasten their purification. If you are generous in praying for the repose of your partner, it's like bringing her jewels and flowers and beautiful clothes, and God will outdo your generosity by cleansing other souls of the stains of sin.

So your father must have put people second in his life after God. He sounds like an amazing person. I bet my grandma and him are friends in heaven. She also put people ahead of her possessions. She sacrificed so much to help me and my brothers and sisters. I know you have sacrificed a lot to serve God. You must believe with all your heart that all of sacrifices will be rewarded. I pray they will.

It took the death of my only son, Thomas, to truly understand about love and giving financially and show it emotionally to others through understanding and caring. He died of a brain tumour at the age of just 22 after just returning home from University ill. I had no other family. I had to bring him up on my own totally from a young baby as his Father I was married to was not interested and we were separated then divorced. I had never learnt or felt real love at home as a child and so I never knew it. No one from the Church offered or showed me any love, help or assistance in any way locally to me or my son. I know I never gave or showed him the love I should have but life was so hard for me emotionally on my own with no family to turn to and no love from Christians and I felt so alone He wasn't an easy baby or child but I was just left on my own. He was an exceptionally able gifted child with a high IQ and was very talented. I got him the best education I could at the age of 11 with the highest scholarship they could give. He was constantly let down by Christians He could have done a degree in Music, Maths or Physics as he had also studied Further Maths at A level. He got a degree and Masters in physics but music was his passion. He played the trumpet and piano to professional level He died just very suddenly due to medical negligence and incompetence in about 5 days. I know I did my best in difficult circumstances but it is still hard for me to forget and forgive myself even if God has forgiven me.
