Then after losing her premature baby she realised that her body is the way is should be now because it is natural and she has learnt to love herself. She's strong because she be filmed like this telling people her story and how she got trapped in this cycle of negativity in our society and how she's finally escaped it.

I can understand why people look on Instagram and compare/look at Insta models as "goals" but idk I feel like you need to firm the fact that it's not real. Even without the editing, those pictures are so skilfully done whether it be taking 30 mins to get the right angle or whatever, it's not an accurate portrayal of life. Hence why I look at it and get inspired, but 99% of the time it's water off a ducks back. What does get me down is everyone I see walking down the road in front of me, or friends that all have hit that jackpot looks wise and you can't escape that. You can turn off your phone, delete Insta, but life around you still goes on. That sucks tbh.

I love that their sharing this. It's a hard negative truth when a baby born everyone excited. The parents, family admire the way they look have wee toes, love them unconditionally. Then we grow and judge that ourself . When someone dying like going through cancer or whatever you don't have an attachment or love to what they look like. Cause that could have changed in their last stage. You love their soul the actual individual. I'm a carer I've worked with elderly residents that die naturally and through cancer. In their last days all I remember is the memories I have with them. Why I loved them, the laughter . I don't see how they looked.

This video appears to be a damage limitation exercise by the production team in response to the Jeremy Kyle controversy in a bid to address a very serious issue. Interesting that 90% of participants are from the most recent series- ironic that part of the problem is dealing with fleeting fame. Maybe season 1 cast members are better placed to discuss that topic?

Body image is about how a person sees themselves. You never know what a person goes through. 'Pretty' people can also have body dysmorphia, gut issues, hidden illnesses, skin disorders etc. things you can hide but often contributes to negative body image.

We sit here and say we cannot listen to these people or take them seriously because they have the "perfect bodies". But I think body image isn't about your outside it's about how you view yourself on the inside and how you view yourself on the inside just reflectes on how you feel as a person. So at the same time as not being able to take them seriously they deserve a voice as much as anybody else because body image is mental not physical and you cannot create the perfect mental health which is what body image is your inner feelings towards yourself translated to your outside image.

i think this is a really amazing video however i don't think they understand that for alot of people they are those perfect people on instagram. I understand that each of them have suffered from issues regarding their body, but how often do you see a girl on love island who's more than a size ten or twelve or fourteen and so on. Not only that but almost all the men have some sort of prominent muscle, love island manages to isolate larger people because they never see them cast. I don't think that this is necessarily an issue with the islanders themselves because obviously they don't determine who joins but i think it should be recognised and brought to surface because it might give a larger person someone to relate and look up to.

Yes mental health issues like depression and anxiety are awful, but these lot should count themselves lucky that they're the small minority of young people that aren't having to work a regular job.
