@@Riobjection I'm waiting until the anime actually starts and we see how Kanon interacts with the others in the group, but based on this "A normal girl who helps out at her family business and becomes a school idol because she is normal." is almost (ALMOST) the same character that Chika was at the start of Sunshine. So, kinda hard not to see Chika in her IMO, but hey, characters get development, and we have yet to see where that takes the new group.

@@TheBlonex Well, Unlike Chika who's very confident and passionate about being a school idol. Kanon is very nervous and shy as a person, the reason why she became a School Idol is because she just likes music in general and wants to show the world that a normal girl like her can do amazing things and to cheer people up with the songs that she loves unlike Chika who got inspired by μ's that lead her on loving School Idols and wanting to be something else because she hates herself for being normal. Kanon wants to show the world that being normal is okay and that she can do something amazing while Chika doesn't want to be normal and reach for the shine that she craves for. That's the huge difference between these two.
