@@margotcotten - Margot, since it is clear you really love Dylan’s music, be sure to one day check out iconic Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed, in some New York club, playing Reed’s version of “Don’t Think Twice its Alright.” Jerry Reed was a very unique personality, entertainer, country musician (guitar and vocals) in America from about the 1950s through 2006. He was quite underrated as a guitar player and originator of leads, bends, and licks. One can EASILY argue he was naturally (not trying to fit a trend) playing his own style of guitar funk (not country) in more than a few of his own songs. Quite bizarre for a country musician, but he had a rhythm style all to his own.
