I'm doing it! Just the other day, I ran into a "friend" who I didn't think I'd ever feel warm towards again after a challenging conversation last April around Gaza/Israel....AND my initial response there in the middle of the local grocery store, was to throw my arms around her and tell her loud enough that people nearby could hear. that I simply LOVE HER! She was shocked but happy ---- this whole experience still feels alive in me!

How wonderful! I had a similar experience with a friend who has struggled with connections, boundaries and obsession (all things I've also struggled with) He pushed himself out of the group but when I see him, we can still talk and hug and laugh like nothing happened. ❤

How anyone can watch what's happening and still support the Zionists is mind boggling to me, and suggests a huge lack of ethics and morality. So I'm trying to understand where they're coming from in terms of the writings of Paolo Friere's The Pedagogy of Oppression. It's helped me to see how the Zionists are acting the same way as when a bullied child becomes a bully... but it doesn't help when watching the heartbreaking footage of babies and innocents of all ages starving, grieving and now freezing to death.

Thank you so much for this, dearest Pam. I want to add as a reminder (to myself and anyone else who might need it) to love loudly inwardly as well! For anyone like me who can at times judge myself for slipping into ego or fear - this is so, so important. Do not judge yourself for feeling fear or slipping into ego - it is human to do so. Just notice and allow it to be, then LOVE LOUDLY - inwardly. I believe Thich Nhat Hanh said to "hold fear as you would a baby". Hold it, allow it, see it, without succumbing to it or judging its presence. Simply observe with detachment and great love, and lead yourself always to self-love, self-compassion, joy, peace and authenticity. LOVE EVERYWHERE. ❤🕊

Thanks Pam 😇💞 I have recently moved out of my Dad's home where I had had to move back to after years of living on my own, it shocked me that he had a constant round of "news" on the TV and radio which really weighed my energy down and was sad to see how it dragged him down too, but now after moving to my new dream home I am so much lighter as I only watch high vibe people who uplift me and have no news on whatsoever! It's wonderful 🤗💕 it has become so obvious to me how it is purposely done to lower our energy that when I occasionally see the headlines it's almost laughable how obvious it is! My dad watch news all the time. He will be 91 this year. I live 8 hours away from him so I call him 2 to 3 times a week. When I call him he will tell what was on news. I always tell him that I don’t watch news media on TV. I think that was their era to constantly watch news. Gotta love them…old era fading away.

During a recent meditation I got a message about peace. Basically, we are not just one piece of humanity but we are the peace. Each of us has the capacity to bring a piece of the peace so to say and when we work and live from this space it creates a unity almost like a shield. It attracts more like minded people and as it expands more and more people will be attracted to it. When you spoke about loving more loudly and returning to your pillars of principles to guide you I got the image of this love igniting like flames and spreading like wild fire. Not destructive in nature, but more passionate and fierce. Something where even someone that is in complete opposition to what they are seeing would just sit back and watch it- what can they continue to do to oppose it, it has already consumed so many. Archangel Michael came to me also a few months ago ago showing me the sword of king Arthur.
