When I heard Adamus speaking of how humans were the first to experience love, and it is from humanity that love became, and then could be radiated beyond (you were on Wisdom from the North), that just hit home like nothing before. Many of us suffer from lack of self love. We know that we do and yet cannot seem to move beyond. Hearing that we are the original creators of love is a great foundation to build self love upon. This was deeply appreciated . ✨️

self love for me is a very palpable yet subtle vibratory pattern that fluctuates behind my sternum when im still and resting. so my blood flow lol

absolutely resonates - 6:30 onwards self-love; its daily practice - you have to fall in love with yourself (the way he explains here) every single day - then fall in love with love itself and love will be all around you - you will radiate love and those who are around you will bask in that love that you radiate and feel loved/love

I've loved myself for a long time...I know I AM...but this 2.0 love is different. It took me a day to really connect with the new vibration, and then it simply flowed. But at first, only in short 30 seconds or so as my mind wandered. So I had to keep coming back to it. It's amazing how easily it flows right in..different and deep...there is a thickness to it..a depth. Yummm
