the word god here is Kami if we are going by shinto/ buddhist/ hindu type beliefs then it can mean either powerful creator beings or beings that are guardian spirits or mortals that became so powerful that they transcended to a one of these catagories. you may have noticed each of the arcs draw on different theologies and cultures some of what we are seeing here are inca/ mayan and aztec designs, and of course Gan Fals armour

So, a dango is, basically a Japanese rice flour dumpling. Rather than "doughboy" Sanji is calling Satori here "Dango-man" on account of his shape being round like a dango.

Fuza is not voiced by a Straw Hat voice actor. But Fuza's voice actor has voiced many other One Piece characters (Johnny, Mr. 5, Mr. 4, and Mr. 4's dog Lassoo, and even one of the priests (not Satori nor Fuza's rider) (to name a few)). But so far there are 4 animals voiced by Straw Hats (the priest's big dog is neither a Straw Hat voice actor.)

I think the live action does a lot of things wells, but elements such as Luffy saying "I'm a different kind of pirate" rob the source material of a sort of nuance that I love from this series. Being a pirate or a marine only really speaks to a character's relationship to the world government. Pirates are free to act in accordance to their own judgement. Marines have a duty and the authority to act in accordance to what they believe is just. And we get to see a gradient of moral character from both sides of this conflict. This is ultimately a nit-pick, though. I wish the live action had preserved this nuance, but I am happy that it exists and that so many people are getting to experience Oda's work through it.

Sorry if this comes of negative. This is meant just to for you to consider how Luffy never saying "I'm a good pirate" helps to reinforce that pirates aren't really defined by their moral character in the anime/manga... as charming as Iñaki's line delivery is.

Oda first considered having two kinds of pirates (he did it in the pilot Romance dawn), but he later gave up on that idea. Luffy is a pirate and he is according to the world government a criminal but he doesn't care. He lives to his own beat and lets people make their own opinion of him so I actually felt that "I'm a different kind of pirate" was a bit ooc in the live action

One of the interesting facts that Oda incorporated of course is the the British Crown Employed "Privateers/ Pirates " to Raid Spanish ships coming back from the Americas. Sir Walter Raleigh and Sir Francis Drake amongst them in disguised navy ships, this is sort of how we get the warlords of the sea.
