Dude. Last year I acquired one of Steve's old acoustic guitars, so I became serious about learning to play. I have a nice instructional DVD/book set that I've been using, but I also dreamed about being able to play some real Jars of Clay songs on this guitar. I decided to tune it to EABEBE, and do my main practicing on my old guitar. I first found your "Flood" instructional a few months ago, and was blown away. It was so helpful, especially since I still haven't gotten the hang of the whole "strum pattern" thing. My fingers weren't strong enough then to do a lot of timely and accurate chord changes, but I'm getting there now. I found tabbed chords for "Love Song" last night, but then I wondered if you had this one, too. I can't wait to sit down and play this one! (But first, coffee.) Thank you for your willingness to teach us to play these songs.

@Sacredblack hi, you can go to my brother's blog and do a search for the song. It will have the chord (eg. C, D, G), so you can use those chords in standard tuning to play the song

@garrettederer hi, you have to count the 3rd string from the bottom up. The top string (thickest string) is the 6th string

@garrettederer You would have to tune the guitar instead of down if it were eaebbe and you would probably snap a string.

My goodness I don't remember re-tuning when I played this song! Wasnt it in G or something?? (Haven't played it in awhile). Been playing it wrong all along then :O How are you anyway :] I just borrowed a guitar from my friend (yes, after like 4mths here), so I finally get to play stuff.
