There's a story of the background Raf is comforts her Girlfriend who has been abused by Ex her toxic Boyfriend because she is not good enough this leads her to have suicidal thoughts and depression But one day Raf came to her and tried to stopped her from hurting herself but she came too late she couldn't help but cry as her friend burns to death (this is a reminder of someone who is in a toxic relationship give it a thumbs up if you are in the situation.)

This version sounds like Raf's character is genuinely pained by what she can't seem to stop doing vs the anger upon anger I feel in the original version. It's like someone else hurt her so now the only way she knows how to have a relationship is hurting too, I don't know how to explain it. But the sound is so beautiful and painful at the same time, with Lacey's genuine agony going along with those conflicted feelings. It's clear the characters shouldn't be together, but rather than feeling the impulse to harm the other character like in the original version I want her to go to therapy and find a way to maintain healthy relationships. Just not with this girl because it's already damaged beyond repair. I don't know if my interpretation made a lick of sense but I just hear more pathos and complex emotions in your voice than "villain", or at least not a one-dimensional one. She's done terrible things, but her remorse is genuine and yet, she will do it again and not feel anything in the moment but that all-consuming rage... and so the cycle continues until someone steps in and breaks it. Bravo to you both, absolutely fantastic

I don’t even know what to say…these characters are made so complex by the songs you sing, and even though Rafscrap the character is definitely a villain, I feel so much sympathy and draw towards her. Very similar to one of my own characters, what seems to draw the character of Raf is loneliness. Yes, she is possessive, but it’s more than that. She is almost always a villain, but she is deeply sympathetic. Wow. I’m just. Always floored. You two did a lovely job.
