Do yourself a benefit and watch the film "Cinema Paradiso," then play her rendition again for a sad but warm feeling. The "love," when the theme is played in the film, is for a friend, a town...a way of life. It's an Italian film with subtitles if that scares you but well worth it. This version is a beautiful tribute to the story.
