I loved Victor's choice. Rahim has great supportive friend energy but Victor and Benji had sparks. Heck they have firework energy. I finished the season. Binge watched it actually the minute I knew it was out. Honestly, if I were to critique the season, I'd say it was rushed. Like they tried to squeeze 3 more seasons into season 3. Plot lines were started and were only vaguely visited in the final episode. Plots that could have easily been spread over at least another season If not a 5th season when Victor and Benji go off to meet Simon and Bram maybe.

I really don't like how some of these scenes were shot. The retreating shot in Pilar's bedroom where we have to watch her parents walk backward from behind their backs, the dialogue about Mia's mom that suddenly shifts into third person while the camera cuts her out of the frame even though she's obviously still sitting in the same spot, the way they do that same exact thing to Benji's dad, it just feels like a medium-low budget Disney Channel series. And that's not to mention the writing of Benji's arc throughout the season.

Now that we know Benji was struggles with drinking in s2, hope people can understand his actions a little more, like have some SYMPATHY. And he will be explored more in this season.

Alex! so glad you're back on here, loved seing your reaction to this episode:) I feel like this ep set up a lof of new stories and it has potential, they could've developed the characters with the drama already present in the last seasons instead of bringing new challenges though, it can quickly get messy, I'll let you see how it goes! I thought this season had a good ending until I realized that it was the last one.. then I felt like we could've have some more answers :') can't wait to know your thoughts when you're done!

Did not love this season. Although I wasn't happy he chose Benji. I woulda liked it better if we'd have been able to see them be a couple rather than this rehab storyline

i get that. i don’t know how the whole season pans out but a part of me feels that as well. i feel like if there was more seasons then this story line would work much better. but for a last season they need to spend their time wisely and it just feels like this is gonna take up a lot of focus this season so i just hope i enjoy the way they conclude it. otherwise i’ll likely feel like the final season was lacking in actually showing their relationship when they spent 2 whole seasons leading up to it://

I think they were given only one season and needed to fit at least two seasons into it personally. Because I think the storyline of Victor actually being apart from Benji is really important and also really connects perfectly with his parents story and has (in my option) a very important message. So I love that despite only having one season they kept that in this season. But the last 3 episodes or so really do seem rushed and maybe a bit more at the end of time between all final couples would have been needed as well. So, as said before, I think the last 3 episodes where part of another season that couldn't be made because the show was not popular enough

i hate that he chose benji. like i’m sorry but they weren’t good together, & their whole relationship was so tumultuous. i know there were surrounding factors but i’m just not sold on them. i think rahim is a way better fit
