To everyone saying Karlie can rent her house to whomever she wants, y’all are failing to see the issue. The issue is Spice excitedly bought a new house and shared this with her friend Karlie, and showed her the home/address etc. Deciding on a forever home that you and your kids can grow up in is not a quick/easy decision. She trusted Karlie with this info. Karlie for some weird reason thought it would be good to live next to Spice, so bought the house across from her secretly (made the neighbour sign a nondisclosure). According to Spice, Karlie is messy and usually has everyone at her house. So by Karlie having everyone over at hers, naturally people will know Spice’s address, which leaves Spice vulnerable to potential attacks/robberies, etc. I’m not on Spice’s level but even I don’t like random people knowing where I live. My home is my safe place. If one of my “outside” friends lived across from me and had random people who knew of me over constantly, I would have an issue with that. Spice will probably end up having to do the home search all over again and move somewhere she feels safer away from “messy” Karlie and whoever Karlie has over to her home, which is probably why she is so ANGRY. That in itself would anger me and I’m not even violent but the fact that I bought a home, was excited about it, and shared this with my friend and then that friend mentions wanting to live next to me and I tell her I don’t like the idea and explain the reasons why and she does it anyway and THEN starts renting the house out for people to use for music videos which means that industry people/undesirables will know where I live and leave me open to potential stalkers/robbers, etc would PISS ME OFF! You don’t play like that and if you don’t see the issue in it, then you don’t have the same trauma/need for your home to be a safe place like Spice does. Karlie VIOLATED A BOUNDARY because she asked Spice about living next to her and Spice said no. Karlie bought the house specifically to be next to Spice. She could’ve bought another property elsewhere, but she bought it secretly after her friend already said no. That is not a good friend at all. Karlie even said she isn’t living there because Spice doesn’t want her to hence why she is renting it out. So she obviously did not need that specific house, she bought it to be next to Spice, who already set the boundary as a no-go. That’s a BAD FRIEND. Friends respect your boundaries even if they don’t agree with them. They don’t intentionally set out to do something you’ve told them you won’t like. I’m sorry but I’m with Spice on this one, because she probably will have to look for somewhere else to live and I would be ANGRY and screaming at Karlie too. That’s why you have to choose your friends wisely. Also, pick friends who have similar values to you as evidently Karlie and Spice don’t share the same values otherwise, the issue would not have occurred. Spice wasn’t right to attack Karlie but Rasheeda bringing it up, triggered her, and evidently, Spice needs to work on controlling her anger. Moral of the story, Karlie hurt Spice, violated a boundary, and made her feel unsafe which triggers her into fight/attack mode. Karlie won’t understand because they weren’t cut from the same cloth. So at this point all Spice can do is move but it is UNDERSTANDABLE and VALID why she is angry. But violence is not the answer. Learn your lesson, choose friends wisely, and move with caution when sharing your personal information such as your home with so-called friends.

For those of you who don’t understand why spice was so upset is because spice bought a house away from her friends because she wanted space and that’s exactly where her kids are going to be ! Spice seems to be going down a dark road. Every clip I see her in she’s snapping and saying horrible things and wanting to get aggressive. I feel like she’s feeling low in life right now after she didn’t win that music award. We all know she deserved to win that award. And I think spice is reaching a breaking point. We all get there at some point. She feels like she tries so hard and doesn’t get the appreciation she feels she deserves. However her lashing out at everyone, every time she’s on camera is a problem.

Imagine being Spice, a known celebrity and having random people knowing where you and your kids lay their heads at night. Having to now be cautious of when your kids are outside due to the strangers coming and going. All because Karly couldn’t take no for an answer and like a weirdo got a house right across the street from Spice when already being told that that specific act would be crossing the line of their friendship. And then has the audacity to play victim when being confronted on her ridiculous actions. Spice needs therapy, cause ultimately you can’t dictate where or why a friend buys a house near you. And to just completely blow up like that and curse Karlie out infront of everyone is too much. Karlie didn’t even say anything to her in this clip & im glad Jessica stood with Karlie and hugged her cause the feeling and emotions were not it. Maybe spice should take a break, plus she almost died, I can’t imagine the emotional impact that has on you.

She watched Spice get her dream home, went through the process with her to some extent and then shortly after she snuck around and bought a house close by (after they discussed it wouldn't be ideal). She chose to make her friend uncomfortable in her home. Again, Karlie don't have to cater to Spice, but I understand Spice wanting to rip her face off. She's sitting there crying "I love her so much". Who treats people they love like that? Some of your definition of friendship is different than mine.
