Damn watching this is like watching a replay of my relationship with my narcissistic husband. Love bombed me, put us in situations where he got to stand up for me and make it “us against the world”, told me I was his twin and the female version of him, at the beginning appeared extremely loyal and always made a big show of it, did big shows of affection and public displays then the discard phase happened over the course of our 15 year marriage. I was only freshly 19 and grew up with narc parents, grandparents and a mentally I’ll sister who beat me during her episodes. She was five years older than me and much more muscular and bigger in size. I was sexually, verbally, mentally, physically and financially abused my entire life and this narcissist came when I turned 19 and provided everything that I always wanted and missed out on my entire life. The first child born he was so happy and engaged but by the second he was angry and tried to get me to have an abortion. Everything was my fault, he acted disgusted with me, always put me down while complimenting other women, stole money from me over the years and had a secret bank account, physically abused me, emotionally abused me and blamed everything on me. I didn’t know he was turning people against me the entire time and when I divorced him he was planning all type of shit. When I got away from him and he couldn’t affect me he turned the abuse on our daughter and she almost killed herself. He ended up beating her like a grown man and lost the kids but fooled DCFS and got custody back of our son, the son he wanted to abort but now all of the sudden wants and needs and cries because he didn’t have him 🙄 I’m still dealing with the courts and my six year old is being emotionally abused but doesn’t realize it. The narcs are demons and the only way the kill them off is to heal and learn from your mistakes. I wouldn’t wish a narc on my worst enemy.
