? ? ? ! listened to the original again to refresh my memory (been a while since I dug out my Judas Priest CD's) and Fantastic Cover (only to be expected) the thing I found most intriguing was the First solo the Original sounds so mehh in comparison and Asami giving her Extra Twist to make the vocals sound as great without being the same.

Yeah, I did the same. Midori and Miyako > Tipton and Downing. Of course Halford is the best but Asami did an admiral job and came close. Haruna was equal to the Priest drummer whose name I forgot.

Is there anything these ladies cannot do? All of them - as always - in excellent shape and with a great tribute to Priest. Hope that they can soon introduce a new bassist; we need something to look forward to in these dreary times. In my opinion, Rio (from Mary's Blood - and sad enough - now disbanded or at least on hiatus) would be a marvelous option.

Lovebites did the best job on this cover. But IMO Lovebites don't need a lot of cover songs to get attention and fans 😃 It took them only 1 year (after first EP 2017) with original songs to win Metal Hammer and perform at major metal festivals.😃

@@paulpabloanderson6884 I feel like there will be many covers songs from Lovebites and also other Jrock/metal bands in the future. I only prioritize original songs, I can't listen to cover songs all the time.

There's been a flurry all over their socials of them working again so I think they are working on some new Lovebites songs. No news on a bassist yet sadly.

They're quite talented, just not for me. I do prefer this to the usual power metal that I've heard from them, but I can't get past the vocals. Good voice, but she just doesn't fit here imo.

Have you heard their thrash songs - Break the Wall, Set the World on Fire, Thunder Vengeance, The Hammer of Wrath. They all have a heavy Slayer or Metallica vibe, definitely not power metal.

They are objectively talented lol. They are very good musicians, whether you like their music or not. No need for a "quite".
