Heartwarming reaction, thank you so much. Another Lovebites song _I personally_ recommend generally, is "Bravehearted". The *live* version, of course. It has everything I personally love about Metal, and its encouraging lyrics makes it *Happy* Metal. It is the only song completely written by their drummer Haruna, and it is able to heat up any audience. 😄🐺DE

It’s nice to see you reconnecting with the ladies. I saw them three times in Japan earlier in the year. I literally bumped into Miyako in the street and she is utterly charming. Really easy going and nice to talk to. Later in the year I met Fami at an anime themed show she did. She’s as chirpy and happy as you see. Asami’s vocals in this version are a step up from the 21 and 20 versions. And she still performed the dying swan at the end…quite dramatically this time.

OMG... Meeting the ladies of Lovebites (or Nemophila!) would mean to meet my personal heroines, basically. Surreal, somehow. What a gesture of kindness and decency, that Miyako and Fami took some time to chat with you. 🙂👍I know, that Miyako and Haruna are approachable in their YT channels, but meeting one of these ladies "face to face" certainly is a completely different experience. 😊Therefore, "lucky you"! 😊

I did wave to Harupi in a cab as she arrived at the Last Judgement and the really nice part was that when Miyako’s taxi went by she recognised me, leaned forward and waved and smiled. I also got her autograph after her piano recital and she recognised me again and gave me a wave when I had to let the next person take their turn. She’s very considerate of other people. I was in an autograph queue when I met Fami, and the guy organising the event had to tell me to move on because I was hogging the conversation! But my dream introduction has yet to happen. If I meet Asami I swear I will expire on the spot!

Thanks for returning to Lovebites. On this version I think Asami's vocals have gotten even better than in the earlier ones, but the mix really shortchanged the piano parts. Still, I would listen to any of the versions again. And again.

Great reaction Dame. I think you have played the right version of this before. There are three live versions of this. 2020, 2021, and this 2023 version. 2020 version is only version with Revolutionary Etude intro. Actually, this version also is with Revolutionary Etude in the album just like 2020 but what happened is that some guys retouched 2020 Swan Song with the Etude. I guess someone will do the same thing with 2023 version one of these days.

Why the Lovebites engineers didn't include the Chopin intro (event royalty issues?) and have the piano and guitar mix at proper levels is puzzling! This version is not as good (Miyako makes a minor flub on the piano, for instance). In any case, what an awesome song and performance!
