LOVEBITES new EP and also a live LP (DVD/Blu-ray/CD) both will be released on August 28. „LOVEBITES EP II“ will contain „Unchained“ and four more new songs and in addition a re-recording of the band’s debut „THE LOVEBITES EP“ for a limited edition. Next single „Soul defender“ will be released on August 12. „Memorial of the Warrior Souls“ is the live recording of last year‘s Tokyo concert during the Judgement Day tour. It features 7 live versions of songs from the „Judgement Day“ album including „Soldier stands solitarily“. And of course also the pre-releases „Rising“ and „We are the resurrection“, which was the opening track for this show.

Welcome back to Lovebites ! This track has pretty much everything - a seamless and innovative blend of AOR/heavy rock, speed-power metal, and a bit of thrash thrown in at the breakdown before the solos. At the same time, it's got a catchy hook to make this an awesome LIVE song in the making. BTW, from the same new EP "Lovebites EP II", the band will drop another song/MV called "Soul Defender" in a few days on August 12. In addition, and as part of their current world tour, Lovebites will perform in the US next month in September with 4 shows confirmed so far.

You are always great. Thank you for continuing reacting and supporting Lovebites, the most talented ladies in metal. Some people were quick to criticize Asami on the vocal and I understand why. Asami wrote most of the lyrics on Lovebites. And the speed they played. It’s hard to jam all those words into one song and try to pronounce. Plus, English is not her natural tongue. So she does have a heavy accent. It would help you if you go through the song lyrics before you listen. Their message is clear, positive, inspiring and uplifting. However, one can’t deny her singing technically and range.

ADHD? Couldn't tell 😂. This could be referred to as Don't Bite the Dust 2. Do I dare tell that they will be dropping another new song Soul Defender on August 12th? Their Lovebites EP II releases on August 28th as well as their kive CD/DVD Memorial for the Warrior Souls with 21 tracks, 2 have been released already, Rising and We Are the Resurrection.

I know many people disagree with me over this, but personally, from the way the announcement is worded, I think they're playing the Soul Defender clip after the Memorial For the Warrior Souls live stream as kind of a preview, but it won't be fully available online at that time, so it'll be a "watch and done" thing until it gets its proper release. If that's the case, reactors will need to be wary.
