Even though you just watched the MV, it will be worth seeing them do it live because, well, it's so hard to believe. kzbin.info/www/bejne/f5rZdHuElrabaLM Some background, if you are interested: They were formed from the remnants of a legendary all-girl Japanese metal band called Destrose (yes, all-girl metal has been a thing in Japan since at least 1981). Miho (bass, chief metalhead and soul of the band) recruited her former bandmate Haruna (drums, 4'9" pocket nuke), and they went and found the two guitarists, Midori and Miyako, who were with other bands, and the whole group found Asami, the singer, who was doing soul and blues at the time. Miho and Miyako compose most of their music. They have only been around for about 4 years. They studied all the great historical metal bands going back to Purple and Sabbath, through Maiden, Priest, Metallica, Slayer etc. and they pretty much aced it all. They toured with Dragonforce in 2019, and word from those in attendance is that next time around, it will be the ladies headlining. They have incorporated some of the best of each of those bands into their arsenal, and now they’re taking it to another level. This was a medium-intensity song for them. They do everything from soulful power ballads to white-hot insane thrash, and almost every song includes face-melting solos by Miyako and Midori. One key to their sound is that the two shredders are so different in style and tone. Midori (blonde ponytail) is the extrovert and speed demon; Miyako is the introvert, with the more soulful feel. Midori uses a cleaner tone, Miyako uses more distortion, pinch harmonics and pedal effects. The interplay makes their duets really rich and dynamic. It doesn’t hurt that either one can smoke most of the shredders in the classic metal bands. (As another reactor said, "It seems criminal these two are allowed to be in the same band.")

Yeah mate about the sound they like to work with Finland sound engineers Mikko Karmila and Mika Jussila those guys also work with Nightwish, Children of bodom and Stratovarius. I just want to suggest the song Hammer of wrath live from Five of a kind in Zepp Diversity Tokyo 2020. All concert is mind blowing stuff. Enjoy it. The band brings a lot of different influences together. Co-founder Haruna (drummer) is a huge Helloween fan, while co-founder Miho (bass) is a huge Iron Maiden fan. Haruna, Miho, and guitarist Midori have all stated that Helloween is the band's biggest influence, with Iron Maiden a close second. Although, considering that Iron Maiden was a huge influence on Helloween, you could say that Iron Maiden gets grandfathered in as the major influence. Other major influences include Judas Priest and Angra (Midori, ESP lead guitar), and Metallica (Miyako, Dean lead guitar and piano). This song comes straight out of the Helloween playbook!
