Love this song! Mr. Mister was an American rock band from Phoenix, Arizona, active from 1982 until 1990. The band consisted of Richard Page on lead vocals and bass guitar, Steve George on keyboards/backing vocals, Pat Mastelotto on acoustic and electronic drums/percussion, and Steve Farris on guitars/backing vocals. Mr. Mister was the successor to the band Pages, fronted by Page and George from 1978 to 1981. Happy Tuesday!😊❤

Even though the group The Cars - Drive song is my top # 1 all time 80's hit out of all 80's hits from different artists that I mentioned in their comment on the other video reaction The Cars - Drive, this is my top # 2 favorite song in history and this also relaxes my Mind and helps relieve my stress especially when the sound of the instrument's playing solo... All 80's music are good no matter if it's Rock, Pop, Retro, Hip Hop, R&B, and more but my top two favorite songs like I said is The Cars - Drive and Mr. Mister - Broken Wings... 80's Baby will never get boring... 70's and 90's are good but my 80's are the best... 😎

Drummer Pat Mastellotto was a member of King Crimson for years and years. He was also the drummer on the Friends TV show theme song. I saw these guys open for Heart at the San Diego arena heavily under the influence of some very strong LSD. It was a great night!

What's funny about the three singles that were released from this album (Broken Wings, Kyrie, and Is It Love) all came off of side two of the album.

Not many notice the parallel melody de-harmonizing by the piano. Good ears :-) and always a pleasure to watch people enjoy music for what it is...

Mr Mister was a “pick up” band of studio musicians who got together to make an album, had a couple of hits and sort of went away. But what they created was classic.

This guy worked with AL Jarreau, Andy Gibb, REO Speedwagon and Kenny Loggins. He turned down the chance to be the lead singer of Chicago and Toto in the 70s. He was a legendary party guy, who turned to clean living. He also sang back ground vocals for huge artists and bands such as Whitesnake, Twisted Sister, Toto, Amy Grant, Dionne Warwick, El Debarge, etc.
