Great video Newtro, my most anticipated game of October probably has to be horizon zero dawn remastered, I understand the controversy around remastering a 7 year old game. But the graphics and face models looks so much better that it makes it worth it for me. ( btw I preordered the physical edition) 👍

Great video as always, Newtro! It looks like October is going to raid my pockets much like the month of August did. Here are my Top October games that I'm most excited for in order. 1.) Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero (I normally get the physical version of games, but I got a great deal on a $100 Playstation Store Gift Card, so I pre-ordered the Digital Ultimate Edition. I've been waiting 15 years for another Budokai Tenkaichi game and I already downloaded this, so I can't wait to play it 3 days early). 2.) Silent Hill 2 Remake 3.) Metaphor ReFantazio 4.) Undisputed 5.) Dragon Age: The Veilguard 6.) Sonic X Shadow Generations 7.) Ys X: Nordics 8.) Life Is Strange: Double Exposure 9.) Unknown 9: Awakening (I guess I'm one of the 9 people that's excited for this one. 😅 For me, it looks like a combination between Syberia, Banishers: Ghost of New Eden, and Murdered: Soul Suspect, so that's enough to pique my interest). 10.) Horizon Zero Dawn Remaster (For a $10 upgrade on a game thaf I enjoyed and many of my friends considered boring, I'm in anticipation of this). 11.) Until Dawn Remake (I missed out on this gem when it first came out on PS4 in 2015, so that's my reasoning for spending $60 on this). 12.) Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred 13.) Mech Warrior 5: Clans 14.) Squirrel with a Gun (I've never been a big PC gamer, so I've been patiently waiting for this to come out on PS5). 15.) A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead 16.) Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (This will be my first COD game in years). 17.) Blazing Strike 18.) Kill Knight 19.) Throne and Liberty (This one is free to play, so I can save a few bucks 😅). 20.) Shadows of the Dammed: Hella Remastered

Until Dawn is a must play. It is like living out a choose your own adventure book! I enjoyed the idea and decision making so much I went on to platinum it and have bought and played everything Super Massive has put out since. Even thier tie in vr titles. I pre ordered Flight Simulator 2024 which was quite expensive, 80€ for the standard so my game purchases are done for a while. PS, if you dont like digital deluxe stuff, you are gonna dislike niche simulators. They are the biggest offenders. Train Sim World 5 has 3000€ of dlc. Flight Sim 2024 has a 220€ edition. I'd be surprised if GTA 6 isnt 150€.

Life is Strange is a really good game. The first one is by far the best and I would definitely recommend you to play it. The story, game mechanics, voice acting and music are so good. Also its fairly short and they recently remastered it.

I am looking forward to playing Silent Hill 2, I read that the reviews are mostly positive, so I am going in with the hope they do the original justice alongside adding in some modern quality of life improvements. I am also looking forward to Double Exposure with Max Caufield back with new abilities. I loved all the Life is Strange games, so it will be fun to catch up with the original protagonist once more. Until Dawn didn't really need a remake, the original still looks good today, charging full price for a remake is such as Sony move, save your money & play the original. Neva looks beautiful, I think it comes from the developers of Gris which was also a beautiful game. Horizon didn't need a remaster as the game still looks good but at least they don't ask full price if you already own the game. I will wait to see what the reviews are like for Dragon Age, Bioware need a win after Mass Effect Andromeda & the disaster that was Anthem.

I'll be either playing resident evil 3 remake, life is strange (the first game), night in the woods, or cult of the lamb. But first I need to finish astro bot and the plucky squire.
