i use drop C tuning, which is what they usually use, and my strings are 11-50. since your tuning down and loosening the strings, light strings get to floppy weak.

I really appreciate the simplicity of this song. I appreciate your transparency as well. I'm not sure what it is about lots of guitarists... it seems like they don't want to share how they play so it's like they make things all technical & many artists don't share their material at all. Certainly not like this. I learned this song a few years ago & it's been impressive to many of my friends. It's very simple but it sounds very elegant & complex. Love it. Thanks for taking time to teach is Thrasher. You're awesome!

nah you basically have to just watch his fingers. it may seem hard dude but the more you try, the better you'll get at it and it will be alot easier. i have to rewind the vid alot to watch his hand and go note for note.
