ARNEL is the lead singer of legendary rock band JOURNEY and has been since 2007 and yes they are reading the lyrics because this wasn't supposed to happen, MORISSETTE was going back to the bus for I don't know what reason, she was asked to do a song and they done this impromptu, that's why they are reading from there phones 🇬🇧🔥👌❤️

The reason they were reading the lyrics off of their phones is because this was an impromptu performance. I love their reaction at the end when they realized it went great and they 'pulled it off'. Arnel as you know is a World Class singer and his 'story' is one of the greatest in Rock n Roll history.

Arnel was scheduled to perform this but Morissette happened to be there to promote her concert...so fans asked for a duet. this explains why both were looking at their screens just to be sure of the lyrics. and this is one take by the way.

Arnel Pineda is vocal chameleon that can emulate vocal icons of the rock world.....Axel Rose from Guns n Roses, Jon Bon Jovi, Steven Tyler from Aerosmith....heck he can even do Ann Wilson from Heart! and yes he has sang a duet with her when Heart was on tour with Journey. Arnel is a well respected artist in the Philippine entertainment industry and if you look closely in the end Mori was fan-girling a bit there.

I was grinning from the moment you realized who Arnel Pineda is!😅 Yes, he is the lead vocalist of the Journey band! 😊 This performance on the Wish Bus, as I learned, was an impromptu one. They weren't supposed to sing together that day, but the fans requested, and Mori and Arnel obliged. That's why they were reading the lyrics from their phones. Nevertheless, they slayed it. Notice Mori giggling and being a fangirl to Arnel because he was already a Filipino singing icon that time, some seven years ago. There are a lot of new releases from Mori, on her channel.
