Very pretty card! A breath of spring. Good luck with the dog. We call it mud season and my dogs seem to take pride in how much mud they can get covered in. We just wash them or brush it out if it has dried on them. Just keep a lot of swifters on hand and keep them off the furniture.

What fun that the Twolips were available on 2/22/22! The card is gorgeous. Spring is rough with dogs because of all the rain. We keep a towels by the door and try to dry ours off the best we can. They do make paw cleaners. Ugh!

Love this ever growing lovely layers…they all bloom in the goodness of The Lord mix that with glitter goodness!! Oh my! Dog tip: last dog 🐶 I had was a King Charles , he LOVED walking in puddles and going out in the rain 🌧 storms. He also loved the hair dryer!Found out that the flea and tick solutions only lasted about a week or two and not the entire month. Having a dog towel by the front and back doors, lots of positive reinforcement worked wonders

Hi Laura! Great card, I’ll order tomorrow 😊. Regarding a wet, dirty dog, either hose Hank off outside where he’ll shake off the excess water, or take him in the shower with a handheld (or bucket)! In either case he can shake off all the clean water where it’s not in your house! Used to have an old English sheepdog! Also long walks on a leash to dry off is an option 😆. Good Luck! 👍

I have three big dogs that love the snow so we keep lots of towels by the back door and when they come in all snowey and wet we just dry them off and using their leash keep them on the towels util they are dry. It's not perfect but it does miniminze the need for baths!

I was looking for something in my craft room the other day and while searching (unsuccessfully) I realized I have things I don't remember having and have no idea why I bought them. I decided to take a break from craft shopping until I organized and purged! This Honey Bee tulip set is making that very hard! Your card is absolutely beautiful. By the way, we're currently having an ice storm here in Texas and I CAN'T WAIT to see my first real tulip!

I keep a bucket by the door and dipped there paws, of course you need something for the floor. I did this with 3 different size dog.

The tulip card is beautiful. Besides a thick bath rug by the door and towels to wipe the paws, you can train your dog to wipe their feet. I am going to get graphic. After a dog poops, they wipe their paws in the grass. When your dog starts to wipe his paws, praise him in a high pitched, excited voice, Good Hank, wipe your paws, wipe your paws. Good boy, wipe your paws. And give him a treat. When you enter the house and Hank is on the rug, start giving the command, wipe your paws and take his paw and rub it against the rug. Give a treat. Eventually, he will learn the meaning of "wipe your paws." My little poodle/bichon didn't like snow and refused to poop. I taught him "Do your duty" and eventually Toby learned that he would have to do his duty before coming back into the house. A fun game to teach Hank is hide and seek. Let me know if you are interested to know how we played.

Ok so my backyard is a mud pit right now (I’m in Rhode Island.) I keep my swifter handy and a towel and dog wipes. The dog wipes work great for the mud. And the towel usually gets most of the dirt. Yup I dread this time of year! 😤😫🥺😢

I like how they cut their dies apart as well. Why start light in the background leaves? (You do dark to light in the flowers). Just trying to learn something here! There are shoes for dogs! Often they are for dogs in the snow. It keeps the snow or ice from getting in their paws. I think they are rubber. The rolling in the mud part, oh that is his age and just what dogs like to do. I read that dogs don’t like ‘baths’ because they like their stinky sent! Same for us, they don’t like us taking baths either! Have you tried clicker training? It might be a good start. I found a mat outside the door and one inside helps catch some crud from getting in your house from their paws.

Love this card and the bright colors. I have a golden retriever and a collie. I know about muddy feet. Check out “mud buster” for his feet. We love a my house. I got it at chewy or Amazon.

Great card. I’ve been told - by Seeing Eye Dogs Australia - that dogs shouldn’t be bathed more than once a month or they will get dandruff and possibly other skin conditions. They also said to use Aloveen oatmeal shampoo and conditioner for dogs. I have no idea what to do about the muddy paws etc; I’ve had my dog for less than two months and it’s summer here. I’ll face the same battles later. Any suggestions, I’d love to hear them. I will, of course, talk to my SEDA trainer about this difficulty. Now I’ll try to remember to ask in our next phone call so I can plan ahead! I *think* someone like Kelly Latevola Taylor mentioned some kind of foot-bath for dogs but I didn’t make a note at the time. Perhaps ask her?
