He said he got TIRED TIRES. My last Lyft driver told me they are now taking 52% of driver's pay. I don't blame him. That is potential excessive wear and tear. Even on small planes, they spread people out to distribute the weight for safety. She would have put pressure on the one side. Going forward, she needs to order a larger vehicle. Since Lyft doesn't provide vehicles, people can't wear out their personal investments. I disagree with him being fired. Give this man his job back.

Lyft and Uber drivers should have a right to deny rides in their personal vehicle for whatever reason. It's their personal vehicle. Whether its a drunk person, a disrespectful person , and other reasons. If he were driving a cab for the city that would be a different situation, but because he is working for himself, its unfair to him.I think Lyft just didn't want any bad news about their company or backlash so that's why they just chose to let him go, its unfortunate.
