Okay so lemme explain this.. According to Vedik Meditation Science, the feminine part of our body is the Kundalini and the masculine part is Shiv! We awake our Kundalini by different methods and when that happens for the first time..the kundalini (a snake that has its tail upwards and is mouth downwards biting the end of our sacrum bone while sleeping) leaves the bite and moves upwards through some little holes of the vertebral column alongside the nerves originating from spinal cord and moves all the way up to the crown chakra for just a fraction of seconds! This needs to be done under supervision of a guru because if the kundalini is not made return back to root chakra (sacrum) immediately..it can blow out the crown chakra leading to fatal injuries. This immense experience brings a lot of bodily manifestations including, pin piercing feelings in the body, sudden feeling of joy, like something is crawling upside down inside the body etc. It is said that when the feminine meets the masculine that is when kundalini meets shiv,she feels joy,and that’s why we feel joyful without any reason on kundalini awakening.
