Very helpful. No one ever admits they’ve gone overboard so there’s rarely any support without judgment. My mom would feel so guilty for getting mad that she let guilt and shame overcome her and withdrew. I’m breaking that cycle

Thank you so much! I often compare myself to other parents and it hurts because i wish to be like them 😔 I've had such a traumatic childhood and trust me every single day i do my hardest to not be like them. I dont want my kids to EVER experience what I've been through so when i get mad and start screaming i feel like I've lost all my progress and to me it feels like i have to start all over again.. I've been dealing with this all alone inside of my head.. My husband is very supportive and does wonders at calming me down but i dont want to always be like this i want to be able to control this emotions and do better. I feel guilty right after and even thought of running away at some points but my love for them its too strong and i cant do that, every thought in my head revolves around them, when i think about bad things they always always always save me because they dont deserve to suffer for my selfish actions, so here i am i fight every day with myself but i promised to stay and do better for them. I love my babies so much i just want them to know they deserve the best things in the whole world.... Including a good mom, and i will make it there! One day ill look back and wont feel ashamed but proud that i came from all this to be that amazing woman/mother that I've always wanted to be🌹

Thank you... I have also been very triggered lately 😒 mainly I think cos I am tired and frustrated as I don't get much time to myself to do things I would love to do... Anyway: I threw something in anger the other day... 😞 I think cos I was really tired, needed help and my older child was also being selfish... I was so ashamed of myself afterwards too... 😔 I said sorry, I shouldn't have done that... i explained why I had gotten angry... and we patched things up... they are extremely forgiving ❤ they don't mention it, they don't hold onto it at all... it's amazing how forgiving they are ❤🧡💛
