One of the best bands from the 80s. Gave rock a shot of adrenaline and their songs were hot. 'Hot girls in love', and 'The kid is hot tonight', were a couple of hot ones for sure. July, 2023, still listening to Loverboy.

I miss the 80's. Life was so much simpler and I loved going roller-skating, riding my bike on trails, and watching Saturday morning cartoons like SpiderMan and his Amazing Friends and The incredible Hulk. It was a whole party!

I bought their "Get Lucky" album when it first came out and a so-called good friend of mine stole it from me along with my heart, foreigner and my favorite Van Halen album, needless to say, I was a special kinda P*SSED OFF but I got them and her back all at one time (evil grin goes right here..Muahhhhh). Funny that "some" kids today call us "old" but cannot deny that we had the best music decades ever (the 70's & 80's) and they're choosing to listen to it over some (if not most or all) of today's crap that's passing (sadly) for music today. But, I can say that those very kids out there that's listening to the 70's and 80's music (and even earlier in some cases) have great taste in music ( you guys are smarter than some "older" people give u credit for and by listening to those decades I just mentioned, proves it..lol) and they know what they like!!!!! ROCK ON KIDS OF TODAY, KEEP LISTENING TO THE 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and even the 90's music...those decades were the greatest times for music :) I do give you're generation credit for knowing what's good and even more credit for knowing what's great..lol. Lifelong Loverboy fan here. I was 10 when this came out and I loved it then, as I do now. Loverboy rocked, and the 80's had it all! We had no idea how spoiled we were then.

I fuckin love this song, 8 years ago I was rocking out to this song at a live concert at great lakes and the keyboardist decided to play the peanuts song on piano because he saw me rocking with my Charlie brown shirt. One of the greatest moments of my life. I've seen a lot of live bands in my life and Loverboy is in my top 3 by far just for being so crowd aware. Would love to see them live again.

Loverboy was my favorite band as a young teenager. My first concert was Zebra opening for Loverboy at Reunion arena in Dallas. OMG these guys are so underrated. The Eighties were magical. So much music. They don’t call them the big eighties for nothing.

Saw these guys three times. With April Wine in San Jose, 1980; Day on the Green, Oakland Coliseum, July 4 1981, sometime in 1982 with Cheap Trick or The Babys, somewhere in So Cal. Never went to see Loverboy in particular, but they never disappointed, either. One of the great live bands.

If you have not seen Loverboy live in concert you are doing yourself a disservice. They are no joke. No computers, live real raw Rock music that makes you wanna move. The solos are off the hook and it's a memorable experience you will always be able to go back to in your mind. Truly one of the best shows I've seen and was surprised when I did. I would not trade growing up in the 80s for nothing. The best music and times ever. If I could go back I would only do one thing different... Sleep less!!
