I didn't want to go to grade school my entire face was covered with IRISH Freckels, some girls said they were cute. I blame Partridge Family music turning me into a Rock N Roll freak. Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Alice Cooper, Bob Seger, Aerosmith, Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd. Some 70s concerts were crazy because lack of Security. IRISH FOLKLORE says we get our Freckels from the sun that might be true IRISH Skin burns easily in the sun. Freckels in IRELAND are called ANGEL KISSES. All my Friends & even Family called me James instead of Jim or Jimmy. Me being IRISH knew my limits with Alcohol. An IRISH Girl without Freckels is like a Sky without Stars. That thing about Boys not liking Red Hair Girls is an IRISH MYTH. Same about Pot of Gold at the end of the Rainbow. This is True IRISH Familys are known for having lots of kids. I thought I was 100% IRISH because Mom & Dad both had IRISH names O'GRADY - KELLY. O'GRADY was only 40% IRISH. Not only my Face my whole body had Freckels. Us IRISH have funny sayings KISS ME IM IRISH, IRISH GIRL IS BEST DRINKING BUDDY A GUY COULD HAVE. I have always loved Loverboy ever since I was a little kid in the 80's, but I became an even bigger fan after I saw them live over ten years ago. They are so underrated. They have so many amazing songs, and should be in the same level of Journey and other big bands. I love all their songs but this song When It's Over and Turn Me Loose are easily my favorites. MASTERPIECES!!!
