the thing is with the soul sand one, you are supposed to use soul sand with 1 layer of water above it in a tunnel with depth strider 3 and soul speed 3 boots, along with a dolphin to get the full speed boost also you should be swimming

Let's get 2 things straight: 1) To do the Soul Speed one: 1. Soul DIRT (or sand idk) has to be 1 block underwater (or more) 2. The boots must have Soul Speed III and Depth Strider 3. A dolphin should always be near to have the Dolphin's Grace effect 5. Start swimmin' 2) For the TNT Minecart one: 1. There has to be 2 blocks that are 3 blocks away from each other 2. On one side, there is a powered rail and on the other, a activator rail (or the rail that has red and no yellow) 2.5. A button should be on the block with the powered rail 3. Put one TNT cart on the detector rail and spam some more on the activator rail 4. Once done, you hop in and press the button. 5. HAVE A NICE FLIGHT! Bonus hack: Because boats are considered as entities, you can put one in a minecart. That way, it can move relatively fast on normal rail, as if there was powered rails underneath you.

the fastest way to travel in Minecraft is to give yourself max speed, max dolphins grace, and boots enchanted with soul speed 3 and depth strider 3 and then go onto some soul sand with water above it and you'll travel so fast the chunks won't be able to keep up with you.

You did the dolphins wrong, youre supposed to have like a pipe with soul sand at the bottom, water inside the pipe so you swim, which is faster than walking, Soul speed III and Depth strider on your boots and then the dolphins around so you get Dolphins grace, which you only get while in water. Also the cow one, you made the hole there which is correct, so you can fly out and not hit the blocks, but the babies are smaller so they fly out. The tnt minecart one works, just differently. You put three block of track, on one end place a block, then a lot of minecarts with tnt, on the other end place one minecart, then bump into it. It will detonate the other minecarts and shoot you like crazy.
