This helped me tremendously, Thanks. I have a plugin installed that adds mobile buttons for mobile viewing (these buttons open the default email, sms and call functions on a mobile phone) but when I click on one of the buttons eg. call, sms, or email it does not send any events to GTM. Have you any ideas of how I can find these events or somewhere I can learn more about this type of tracking?

You can use exactly the same technique from this video to create your trigger. Then just create a Google Ads conversion tag instead of a GA4 event tag.

Hi Benjamin, Why would you disable the not used built-in variables afterwards? For speed reasons or why? Can I just leave them activated or even just activate all the built-in variables once and leave it at that?

I have tried more then 30 times to connect google tag , the connection is ok , but when I want to see preview , I get message : Google Tag XXXXXXXXX not found , Please verify that the tag: Is installed on this page Is not being blocked (by a browser extension or a consent dialog). please can you help me . thanks

Hello, I cannot find the initial menu for triggers on Google Tag Manager. I am actually viewing a different UI. Any idea why? - I actually had to create a new tag from scratch, my existing tags did not provide such functionality. Will try the solution, thanks a lot anyway!

But why track Form Classes instead of Click Classes? You want to track clicks, right..?>

We’re still using a click trigger, but listening for the button click within the form. You can also use the click class if you like though - you can see it in the variables tab when we review the options in Tag Assistant.
