Tony Khan hired Danhausen because he was popular on social media. Once Tony had him under contract Tony didn't know what to do with him. Tony only really cares about 5 star Meltzer matches. Dave doesn't care about comedy or storytelling.

Do we? Let it sink in that OC had that title for how long and beat how many established guys so they could make him look strong yet they couldn't do anything with Danhausen? AEW has more titles than most indy pros have wrestlers and they couldn't give one to him even if just as a mini push? I love Danhausen but end of the day they made him a jobber and had no plans for him
