I'm impressed that he could carry it so easily. Zabuza's Executioners blade is heavy. In Chapter 347, Sasuke was worried enough to question if Suigetsu was strong enough to wield it. Suigetsu basically responded by saying he'd been training his body for *years* in preparation for the day that he someday could (as did Zabuza given it was tradition). And to finally wield the blade, not only did Suigetsu have to undergo training for years (what could have been a decade or more), at first he also had to use his Hydrification technique to increase his dominant arms muscle mass *significantly* in order to use it effectively (Chapter 348). Note, it took the combined efforts of training and muscle increase for him to withstand the blades density. Meanwhile, here's a manga panel of Kakashi carrying the blade effortlessly with one natural hand no less! (Ch524, p13). Here in the anime, he masterfully uses it to cut down Edo Tensei and WZ with Zero pressure (not even a sign of a sweat bubble which is commonly indicative of stress). What makes this feat even more impressive and noteworthy is the Sharingan's taxing chakra consumption that had been tampering with his physicals (strength, speed, stamina, durability and endurance) for decades, 24/7 yet him still managing to retain a kind of monstrous strength. Either he's a closet hard worker or he's genetically gifted. Killer Bee was able to wield the blade effortlessly because he's a Jinchuuriki (has an enormous amount of chakra that greatly amplifies his strength), is genetically gifted and he'd been in training.

@MOxBeast a sword is great force multiplier and gives him much needed reach alongside his sharingan, that sword is even self repairing so it's not like breaking would be an issue, he could run lightning style through it for extra oomph
