Nothing better than seeing an historic building in your home town with "good bones" be repurposed in such a positive role. Case in point, historic Walter French Junior High School in Lansing which has sat vacant for the last 10 years. But now as you can see in this video, Capital Area Housing Partnership is turning the 99 year old Walter French building into something extremely useful -- creation of 76 affordable housing units and a childcare facility. Very/Very Cool !!!. It's a Tom's Take "Throwback Thursday" from the corner of Mt. Hope and Cedar, and a tip of the cap to all the proud Walter French alumni out there. #GoEagles
