Life is a test. I know I belong to Jesus because God tests me everyday. God has tested me through this sermon. Psalm 11 says, Psalms 11:5,7 [5]The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth. [7]For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright. The Lord tests the righteousness. But wicked and him who loves violence his soul hates. If I pass this test from this sermon, it will mean my praise and worship of Jesus is getting stronger and stronger. And that's what God wants. That's what I want. I want it so badly. But, it's possible to fall into temptation because we are sinners. It is possible to fail in this life. Actually, failure will happen in this life whether we accept it or not. That's why we never come to a point in this life that God stops testing us. If I fail, I will say to God, I'm so sorry O Lord for my sin because I love You. I confess my iniquity that I love this world system and I fell into the temptation to think think this world is my home which I love. Forgive me, cleanse me and develop in my a love for You that is stronger and deeper than my love for this world's system. In Jesus's name amen. Praise ye the Lord!

My dad referred me to you. This is my second time listing to you and I will continue. God has blessed me throughout my life and I take nothing for granted. I thank the lord everyday for the things he has done for me. I was lost for awhile growing up even though I was brought up in the church. I've found my way again and will continue to work very hard to live my life for the lord. 🙏 amen

1 John 3:1 [1]Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

Furthermore, our work here on earth is basically garbage compared to what Christ will transform our work to in future eternity. This is not reason to give up. Because of sin, our work can't reach its fullest potential in this life. But if we can stay faithful to God in our work, the little we are able to do in this life, I believe God will multiply our ability by 1,000,000 in eternity future. But it will depend on how much patience we had developed in this life on our work. So I believe this is motivation to keep moving foward on worshiping and praising Jesus.

You also mentioned 1 John 3:1 and Proverbs 25:28. And I think Psalm 119:11 is a good one as well.

If you live in a society where there’s no Internet TV or computer or smart phone, then sexual molestation and abuse can happen and no one knows. Because the girls or children or women don’t know that it’s OK to speak out against this type of abuse. Happens all the time Mr. Lutzer.

Dear Pastor, Which is the sermon or teaching about Video Games??
@yunablu62414 жыл бұрын
It is not teaching about video games, it's about loving the world and since video game is part of the world that we should not love it...yes, we can play video games but the point is to not love it and to not sacrifice your time and your heart because we become addicted to it...his point is that while we are in this world, but we are not of this world...
