I have numbness down my right side lower back and glute, my right hip clicks often, i have constant dull aching under my right shoulder and pain that seems to wrap around my bottom ribs around to the front and down to my groin.... I also have lots of lumps in my lower back like the toughest bubble wrap on earth. In your opinion would a chiropractor be able to help me
