I love the cue to move the hip away from the ribs during the twist!!! Thank you!! I've never had a teacher suggest that. It's super helpful

Thank you for another very soothing class. I truly enjoy all your classes. I have done most of them by now, with only four left to do. Shaunneka, you are a wonderful teacher. Every move is explained in detail so that I can just follow your voice. The practices are well structured; sometimes challenging, sometimes soothing and relaxing, but always good!
