I love cucumbers they make such a great snack or side dish! I always try to pick up a few every time I go to the grocery store.
This Polish Cucumber Salad is a new way to make them before they go bad in the fridge! 😅 And only 64 calories per serving. I made one serving here but this is a good recipe for a group as well just add more cucumbers!
Ingredients📝
1 Large Cucumber (I used regular cucumbers)
2 Tbsp Sour Cream (it’s good promise)
1/2 Tsp Dill (fresh or dry)
1/2 Lemon squeezed
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions👩🏽🍳
✨1. Peel and thinly slice your cucumber into rounds.
✨2. In a bowl mix together the cucumber, sour cream, dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
✨3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
✨4. Serve and enjoy!
There are a few different ways to make this cucumber salad. I only used these 6 ingredients. If you don’t have dill you don’t need it! 😄 It’s very light and satisfying!
