Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Just a week ago I was ready to give up on everything. I couldn’t walk, couldn’t sleep, was mad at the world. Within just one week my life has changed completely. I’m walking again. Sleep at least 6 hours. Mood has gone from hellion to halo. I’m currently enjoying a sandwich from the chaffle recipe by Diane Butler you showed in one of your videos. I’m definitely going to try the Rangoon as I love seafood. Once again, thank you for helping give me my life back. 💕💕💕

Just got some hearts of palm pasta that I got on sale. I'll have to break the spaghetti noodles down some but it should work fine. Since I closed my shop down in Dec. 2021 for my ankle replacement, I am working out of home but I have more time to do things like crabbing, or at least cooking the local Chesapeake Blue Crab for fresh crab meat. I was WAY too busy and had health issues, but I think that I will finally get a chance to send you some fresh crab meat Steve. I love crab rangoon, so you have given me another thing to do with it. I'm lettering a waterman's workboat on Friday, so I'll find out if he can get me a good deal next week. I'll keep you posted.

Love how easy recipe this. And how versatile, as you could probably use tuna or salmon, if you already have either of those on hand. Also appreciate the flexibility of making this a main dish or leaving out the pasta and making it an appetizer or a snack. Thanks so much for sharing this!
@larsenjbl Жыл бұрын
I like how you did the serving size options. Your poll didn't indicate that it would be so rich in cheese and crab, which really makes the servings tend smaller. But that same richness seems to beg for a side dish or salad to balance, so it makes sense. Looks like a great recipe.

Nice, but after all these years I finally Googled to find out what exactly is a Rangoon. Apparently it's (an old spelling of) the capital city of Myanmar. I had no idea. All these years I assumed it meant fried dumpling in Chinese.

Sounds delish! I think I'll try it as a dip w/pork rinds and Jicima for my Mother's Day savory treat I may have to substitute Shrimp for the Crab meat, though. That ingredient sub is one born of necessity, not preference. My budget doesn't look like crab will fly this month. I think fresh Shrimp would be better than canned "el cheapo" Crab ( I'm not a Rangoon officianado, so I'll probably be really happy with it). 💸
