I have the Dreo and the Tastee, and the Tastee does a much better steak than the Dreo! A medium rare in the Dreo is medium, but the Tastee nails it every time and for half the price!

We can our own meats in quart jars. Cut it into chunks, parboil cook it and place in canning jars. Pressure cook and store for years. We can beef and hamburger, chicken, pork and bacon and even rabbit. When making soups and stews juice and all goes in with veggies and noodles. 10 min heat up and dinner is served. Drain and remove excess fat. Add mayo and onions and you have sandwich meat.

Hi Steve. I’ve made these a number of times and they are a hit. I used the sweetener I had on hand 1/2 cup Brown Swerve and 1/2 cup Erythritol& Monk Fruit Zero Calorie Sweetener. Had plenty of ingredients to use five cups of pecans. They are addictive. Thank you.

Just avoid allulose when baking these. It gets really gooey and sticky and doesn’t get crunchy. You definitely need an erythritol based sweetener or blend.

Although I - and I suspect the majority of people - start keto for weight loss, it’s the other side effects that keep us eating that way after hitting our weight goal. Good luck, and I hope this channel can help you out. 🙂👍🏻

Kudos for doing the hard work ! I've been checking what is (imho) a few other reliable sources, for years now on this topic, including one who I personally hold in high regard (for what it's worth), an MD, Dr Ken D Berry, who issued a serious warning against this as much as 5 years ago (2 years before this video of yours), to anyone with any condition such as Types 1 & 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes and as in my case, with insulin-resistance, *not* to eat this, as it does, without a doubt, spike blood sugar levels - not only with rice, but also with potatoes, pasta and bread. It seems clearcut : Avoid at all cost !

In my experiments, when these “homemade resistant starch” methods work, they don’t work well enough to justify doing. A 10-20% reduction of a serious glucose spike is still going to be an unacceptably high glucose response for most folks.

i find it odd that you put eggs in a fridge? just put them on an egg rack.
@SeriousKeto14 сағат бұрын
I’m guessing you don’t live in the US. In the US, eggs are wet-washed before packaging (unless you buy directly from a farm), which eliminates the cuticle (protective coating) from the egg. With the cuticle intact, refrigeration is unnecessary.

Fiber is such a scam for supposedly eliminating carbs..
@SeriousKeto14 сағат бұрын
Fiber doesn’t eliminate carbs. It IS a carb. However, it should be non-metabolized and thus is not counted in net carbs.
@DK-pr9ny11 сағат бұрын
@@SeriousKeto I guess my point is should those carbs in fact be counted? I mean, look a the spike you experienced from a supposed 2 net gram carb meal. Imagine how many people are thinking they are eating a low-glycemic meal when, in fact, they are spiking the heck out of their blood sugar. I think this net carb thing is a scam..

It’s really bad that you couldn’t stop drinking the tonic for more than 4 days. Could it be that your natural stomach acid PH is always high now? That you can’t get it to stay to a lower PH level? Probably because of the PPI from making your ability to produce stomach acid has become compromised?
@SeriousKeto11 сағат бұрын
I believe that is what happened. This is going to be TMI, but I was seen undigested vitamins in the toilet after having a bowel movement and I think that's due to the low acid in my stomach. That said, it's been over 3 years since I started consuming ACV and over 3 years I have been reflux free. I currently only drink it once per week, before bedtime, as a "maintenance dose". I just put 2 TB in a small glass of warm water and chug it down like a shot.
