Hi FlavCity with Bobby Parrish. I wonder what people with Celiac disease with autoimmune disorder do 200 yrs ago in England? They must have died off as a result of not having gluten free bread???? No, they didn't because the ancient wheat grains did not affect people like Monsanto GMO seeds. You people are stupid to believe in the Monsanto propaganda about Celiac disease with autoimmune disorder. It's the Monsanto GMO seeds that's causing the problem, not the old gluten found in breads from ancient wheat grains. Stupid ignorant people!!!!

Hello! I tried your crackers, and I love them! Today, I baked a new batch, this time I used one cup Rye flower, and one cup oat flour, I also grounded the seed toppings and sifted them on top of the rolled dough, after I took them out of the oven, while still hot, I very lightly sprinkled garlic salt on top let me tell you how delicious they turned out, they were crispier, and healthier, and easier to finish the whole batch! Thank you for sharing the recipe...

I've made your crackers last week and they are delicious. But because I was tired of the taste of almond flour I changed the almond flour with roasted and grounded pumpkinseeds. Just don't add the extra oil to the recipe, because the pumpkin seed flour is already more than fatty enough. I use 1,5 cup of roasted pumpkin seed flour and 1 cup of roasted sunflower seed flour.

@@BobbyParrish Right, we don't have Almond 'Meal' (that sounds Australian to me) we have them Whole, both in & out of their skins, Slivered, Nibbed & Ground; So Sliced, Chopped and Ground. That's your lot. I suppose if you pulsed your Ground Almonds in a processor you could certainly get them finer (the way you do for Macarons) although I'm not sure if you could take them down fine enough for 'Flour'. I'd be concerned about the texture and whether the oil in the nuts would impede the process. For Macarons you pulse with Icing Sugar (Confectioner's Sugar) so the oil isn't an issue. Anyway, as great as some of your recipes are, I'd be utterly miserable without the comfort of my Mashed Potatoes, Roasties and hot buttered Toast. The Irish in me demands I feed it the occasional Spud!! Lol.
